By Popular Demand- Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Oh so easy and apparently divinely delish... This was a dish I took to our church potluck last night and it was sinful how easy it is to prepare! As a mother of four and a new mom at that(we just had a new baby girl *giggles*)- I just don't have time to be Betty Crocker in the kitchen. I really had one of those frantic moments yesterday where I was searching cabinets trying to find something to take for the potluck. I swear to you that these meatballs were so good that a little boy yelled to me as we were leaving with our crockpot last night, "Those meatballs were SO GOOD!" That was by far the biggest compliment- kids are brutally honest creatures. I usually always have the girls do a taste test before I float a new dish, but this time we were strapped for time. It turned out to be a major success though- and is such an easy dish for moms who want something easy peasy. This picture was taken this morning- this was all that was left of the dish. I should've taken a pic yesterday beforehand, but I was short on time.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Kikkoman Sweet and Sour Sauce- Check the International Section in your Fav. Grocery Store
1 can Sliced Pineapples with Juice
Frozen Meatballs - I used approximately 50
Crockpot

Seriously- That's it for the ingredients, I know- how weird is it that I had all these things on hand? Anyway, literally dump your frozen meatballs into your crockpot, pour over the Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce (I used the entire bottle), and then I also poured the juice from the pineapples into the mix, top with the sliced pineapple (I made it all cute and decorative), and set the crockpot to cook on high for 4 hours. That's it- Really!

Hope you guys enjoy!!
